Do you integrate with my CRM or booking software?
In most cases, yes. ReviewForge connects with popular CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms—things like Jobber, QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep&Go, Square, and thousands more through Zapier.
Is an onboarding call required?
Yes. We set everything up with you on a quick 30–45 minute call so you’re not left guessing in a dashboard. On that call we connect your Google Business Profile, set up your account, personalize your review image, and train the AI messaging so it sounds like you.
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are fully set up during that same 30–45 minute onboarding call. We connect your Google profile, set your rules for when texts go out, upload your personalized image, and turn ReviewForge on. After that, it runs in the background for you.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No long-term contracts. Everything is month-to-month. If ReviewForge isn’t a fit, you can cancel from your account before your next billing date. If you choose yearly billing, you’ll get 2 months free.
How do the pricing tiers work?
Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month. So if you get 50 new customers per month you would be on the lowest plan. All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning where we can reactivate your list of previous customers whether it’s 100 previous customers or 3,000. It is important to note that follow ups are also included in each plan. So on the lowest plans we can request reviews from 50 new customers, but we will also follow up with those customers based on your follow up settings.
Are the prices in USD?
Yes. All prices for ReviewForge are listed in USD.
Do you offer franchise / multi-location pricing?
Yes. If you have multiple locations or a franchise-style setup, we can bundle locations and build a plan that fits your volume. Just reach out and we’ll tailor something for you.
Can you keep bad reviews from Google?
No. We don’t block or filter reviews—that breaks Google’s rules and can put your profile at risk. What we do is make it easy for your happy customers to leave reviews, and give unhappy customers a private way to share feedback so you can fix issues before they go public. A couple of honest negative reviews won’t ruin your business, but losing your Google Business Profile can.
How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?
Our default is one review request by text after the job or visit, plus two gentle reminders if they don’t respond. You can turn this up or down based on your comfort level. We only ask during a review reactivation or after service—we don’t constantly blast your entire list every week.
How does this work with recurring services?
If you serve the same customers regularly, you don’t want them getting review requests every visit. We use a cooldown period so if someone has already gone through a request and follow-ups without leaving a review, they’re left alone for a while before we ask again. You still get fresh reviews without annoying your best customers
What if someone has already left a review?
If a customer leaves a new review while you’re using ReviewForge, we know who it came from and stop asking them for more reviews. For older customers who reviewed you before using ReviewForge, we can help you avoid over-messaging them—and in many cases, getting them to update an old review is actually very valuable. Once someone has already left a review through the system, we don’t keep chasing them.
What is a personalized image review request?
Instead of a plain text that gets ignored, ReviewForge can send a text with a personalized image—usually a photo of you or your team—with your customer’s name on it. It feels personal, stands out in their messages, and dramatically increases the chances they tap and leave a review.
Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?
Yes. A review widget is a small snippet of code you (or your web person) can add to your website. It automatically shows your latest Google reviews, so visitors see fresh social proof without you updating anything manually. More trust on the page = more visitors turning into booked customers.
What is social media review posting?
When you get a great 5-star review, ReviewForge can help you turn it into a ready-to-post graphic for social media. You can use your own photos and logo, choose when posts go out, and decide if you want to approve each one or let them publish automatically. It’s like a lightweight, done-for-you Canva just for your reviews.

Every business is different, but here’s a realistic range:
During a review reactivation, many users see 10–15% of past customers leave a review. With 1,000 past customers, that’s often 100–150 new reviews in the first 4–6 weeks.
Going forward, it’s common to see 20–30% of new customers leave a review after service, and some businesses see 50%+ when everything is dialed in.
How does the review reactivation work?
We take your past customer list and drip out personalized image review requests by text over time. It looks natural to Google and feels personal to your customers. Instead of blasting 1,000 texts in one day, ReviewForge paces them so you steadily turn old jobs into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger.
What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms?
Right now, our main focus is Google reviews, because that’s where you get the biggest lift in local rankings and new customers. Support for other platforms like Facebook and Yelp is on our roadmap, but we’d rather do Google extremely well than half-do everything at once.
What countries do you currently support?
We currently support businesses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. That’s where our SMS and compliance setup is dialed in so every message we send follows carrier guidelines. As we add more regions, we’ll announce it. If you’re outside these areas and want to be notified when we expand, just reach out.
Are you HIPAA compliant (for businesses in the medical field)?
Not at this time. ReviewForge works well for many health-adjacent businesses like dentists and med spas that don’t send sensitive medical details through the system. But we’re not formally HIPAA compliant yet, so we don’t recommend using ReviewForge for workflows that involve protected health information (PHI).
